International Rates
Global shipping is available for our curated collection. International orders are processed within 5 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Return Process
01. Initiate Request
Reach out to our team via email at hello@lugpoint.com to initiate your return request. We require the original purchase receipt and a brief note on the reason for the return.
02. Secure Packaging
Ensure your watch strap is in its original packaging or a secure, protective box. Include all original hardware and any accessories. We recommend using a sturdy, padded envelope for shipping.
03. Dispatch & Tracking
Once we have received your request, we will provide a return shipping label. Please ensure the package is dispatched within 7 days of receiving our confirmation email.
04. Processing & Refund
We will inspect the returned item upon receipt. If the condition is as described, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
